Rides: ‘83 FLHC Electra Glide Classic
‘77 XLT “Baby Dresser”
Favorite Beer: Miller High Life
Started riding in 1972, when my girlfriend bought herself a Honda CB-175. I got my license, brought it home from the dealer, and taught her to ride. We’ve been married 28 years. My first bike was a ‘73 Harley Sprint SX-350 thumper. My latest is the ‘83 Glide.
Favorite Memory: Taking my old man for a ride before heading off overseas. He loved the bugs in his teeth.
Last great ride: Home to Maryland from Milwaukee on my newly acquired ‘83. Blue skies and warm Spring weather…aahhh…May in the Midwest…
Favorite Roadhouse: Portside Restaurant, Algoma WI. (Just take Hwy 42 north of town - you’ll see it.) Biker friendly, great food and huge portions. Beer is cold, too. It’s my brother-in-law’s place, and he rides, too - a beautiful ’06 Ultra.
Semper Fi! Shout out to nephew Dave, who’s soon to be in Iraq.
